Rosette J. Salem, Caregiver Recognition Program

Mirella Salem, President of Accessible Home Health Care said, “ I used different home health care companies in an effort to find one that would properly take care of my mother, Rosette, during a period of illness. I was unable to care for her because I was working, and none of these companies were dependable after the first few days.”

Taking matters into her own hands, Mirella hired a caregiver privately and began exploring the possibility of starting a home health care agency that would provide professional and reliable help to family members and other people who needed to care for their senior parents and family member’s loved ones.

In 2001, Mirella opened the Home Health care Division of the company, and as of today, we have operating locations in 24 states and 2 foreign countries.

Just as Mirella insisted on all caregivers who provided care for her mother, Rosette adhered to very highest standards; she ensures that same level of Compassionate Care from the Heart is provided to each client in our system, and that the Caregivers are recognized for their achievements!

In March of 2011 the Corporate Board of Directors, in Rosettes’ Honor, voted unanimously to rename

The Caregiver Recognition Program to:

Rosette J. Salem

Accessible Home Health Care

Caregiver Recognition Program

In this program Caregivers are nominated by local AHHC franchisees quarterly and recognized for their achievements. Ultimately a National Caregiver of the Year is named at the AHHC National Meeting each year.

These are Caregivers who always:

  • Are respectful, comforting and consistently show compassion to their clients and the client’s family members.
  • Arrive on time at their clients locations.
  • Can be depended on to properly follow plans of care and communicate their observations appropriately to the office staff.
  • Receive client recommendations and make a difference in improving the daily lives of their clients.

These Caregivers truly live and follow Accessible’s Caregivers Ten Commandments…

which benefits our clients in their daily lives and gives comfort to their loved ones.

If you have received service from an Accessible caregiver we welcome your input.
