Interactive Quality Assurance Program
At Accessible Home Health Care©, we have an “Interactive Quality Assurance Program” administered and implemented by a committee, under the direct supervision of the Accessible Home Health Care CEO. Our program is truly interactive because our patients, their physicians, their family members and the facility Director of Nursing participate in evaluating the care provided by our professional staff.
We evaluate our staff each week for the first 90 days and monthly thereafter. Our Quality Assurance committee reviews all patients’ files every month and will conduct random telephone interviews with the patient.
